Hello, Foodies, This restaurant we'll be talking about today has some roots in Western Foodies—former president Alexa Pravong (2019-2020) not only works at the spectacular Thaifoon restaurant but is related to the small business—literally. Thaifoon is a Thai restaurant started by Pravong's uncle, who graciously invited us in to try a few items on their menu back in March, among the busy shift in their schedule to their new location in Masonville Mall. And what we can tell you is that if there's any Thai place you absolutely need to hit up in the city, this whirlwind eatery is the one you can't pass upon.
Thaifoon Restaurant
Thaifoon is known for their elevated Thai experience, especially their handcrafted cocktails, and their immaculate food. This small, family-owned business has made a huge break in the food industry in London; you definitely need to try their meals.
Chicken Satay (4 PC)
Usually hesitant on peanut butter sauce with your savoury options? This item will make you change your tune. This chicken satay with peanut butter sauce was juicy, fragrant, and had the right amount of seasoning to make it tasty. It's also a great appetizer to share with someone!
Street Style Pad Thai
Here's our Foodies tip: if you ever have the option of getting a regular pad or street style, always choose a street style. Our biased opinion comes from how incredible this dish was and how much we want to go back and get another one. This pad is something we know exceeds all expectations and hits the spot!
Cocktail Haven
With their handcrafted cocktails to really make the night going for all you *legal drinkers out there, we recommend asking for their house specials if you aren't sure what to get.

It was a pleasure not only getting a great dinner out of the night but also being able to catch up with our former-President, who, like the rest of the staff, were exceptional in accommodating us with the food we enjoyed as soon as we came in. It has been a pleasure working with Thaifoon this year and we wish them nothing but success with their future endeavours.
